hi,

i currently reside in the uk, however have just purchased land in sydney and will commence construction as soon as the plans come back from council (around september time).

clarendon homes will be constructing the house; however i am contacting you to obtain a quote/design on landscaping. i have attached a plan which shows the size of the front and back garden.

the wish list is as follows, but then depends on price, etc.

front

featured lighting - at night the lighting comes on with the car is approaching towards the driveway
post box
paved / nicely designed driveway
no grass
may be a few plants

back

towards the back – swimming pool for adult and children
small seating area = sun bathing area near swimming pool
swimming pool screened off for safety
other part of the garden split into two
1. paved
2. grass – only limited grass required for children’s play area
ideally a little shed/storage area to keep lawn mower, etc
alfresco – paving same as the rear garden
either bricks or high wooden fences around the garden


in terms of maintenance –none / little
garden to be for entertainment/relaxation and children’s play area
garden to be child safe
