Fix our outside Pergola and inside slate floor

We have an outside pergola over the top of our back deck - roughly 5metres by 5metres. The cross beams have rotted and we need to get them replaced, the pergola painted and then laserlight installed to cover. Inside we have a section of slate floor that was not previously sealed, and the grout has come away, causing slate tiles to crack. We have spare tiles for the floor but require them to be layed and sealed.
