Double Storey house currently under construction, Garage forms a corner section of the structure, roof structure is 7m x 6m and is a flat top design with brick frame, 2.5 door front and singe door rear, joists are currently exposed but will builder will be putting a cladding on roof in next month or so.
Am only after basic decking that will meet Wyndham Council enginering guidelines, possibly looking at turning it into a Sunroom with glass or like framed structure in the future depending on cost
