We want to renovate our front garden as the previous owners simply chucked mulch on top of building waste, put in some plants (which are quite good) and massive rocks used as steps and also scattered through garden (which are horrible). looking at constructing concrete setps. retaining wall, repair of exisiting border wall, concrete path on one side for rubbish bin access. garden has a slope of maybe 30 degrees. some plants will be retained, otherwise want drought tolerant, low maintenance.
