Current driveway ( approx 120 sq metres) needs re-grading with bobcat with one or 2 drainage points inserted. Crushed rock required to be laid and compacted for a better base and then topped with Lilydale topping. Sleepers or timber edge to be placed along side of drive for garden bed and for another bed to be placed around bay window on house side.
