I am in the position whereby my local council have approved (assuming no issues with advertising) my home to be built in mount eliza. as part of the planning permit we need to construct a lot of retaining walls. in fact the retaining walls at the top of the land are approx 4m in height and then we need more around the side of the house and behind the house (these are approx 4 levels of 1m x 15m retaining walls).
