Existing wall constructed of 50mm sleepers with 75mm posts at 2.4m centres. Replacement wall will need min. of 1.2m preferably 1m centres. Open to option of replacement with concrete pending costs and agreement with neighbour. Prior to commencing work property owner would remove existing colourbound fence located on top of wall.
