The paving is mostly under a patio the sand base was done properly but the pavers weren't layed properly. They need to be lifted up skreeted, cut n layed properly

soakwells seem to have broken (plastic ones). Need replacing them with concrete and re-do the paving over the area.

House is on the down side of the road and needs to be retained level with the footpath. Sand will need to be removed so, bobcat will be required. Approx. 13 metres 2 blocks high.
