We live in the Heath Estate, Heatherton 3202 (Near Moorabin/Cheltenham). We would like to get this project at least started before Christmas. We understand the Kingston City Council take 1 - 3 weeks to approve plans.

Lanscaping required for font area of house. Not huge area approx 60m2, currently lawn. Need a simple but effect design, with low maintenance. Not a fan of lawn or all rocks.
