At this stage we're unsure as to whether to go with 1 tall wall or 2 shorter (i.e. less than 1m high) walls. We're also working our way through understanding all the regulations. At the planning stages now but really require someone to consult with and take us through all possible options as well as impact on buildable land area and to provide an attractive quote.

We have a site plan with contours and house positioning provided by the builder. they have identified where we require retaining walls. we are uncertain of what type will be required, only that... We have a site plan with contours and house positioning provided by the builder. they have identified where we require retaining walls. we are uncertain of what type will be required, only that there will be a requirement for local govt approval of a portion of the retaining wall because they will need to be above 1 metre in height. a copy of the builders site plan is available via email. i can scan and email it at a3 size. a quote is required urgently so that we can be ready to proceed and not hold up building commencing. retaining walls must be built prior to building commencing.
