I will need to email you 2 plans from the landscape designer. The one with the writing on it shows you where I want turf, seeds etc. The second plan WITHOUT writing needs to be printed in A2 size and scaled 1:100 so you can prepare a proper quote. There is a third plan attached labeled “Estelle Lscape A2 NOT APPROVED YET” where I’m submitting an amended plan to Monash where they hopefully will allow me put in decking in dwelling 1 backyard rather then lawn. Can you please give me a quote with both options as the plans have different shrubs, and if you wish quote separately on Merbau decking & bamboo screening with aggregate drainage in the backyard.
