Large garden bed that needs to be cleaned up for re-sale of house:
• 384 square metres inclusive of double car port and drive way that goes full extent of yard (24m)
• Rose garden down one side of drive that needs to be tidied up or perhaps given an edge
• Large poorly grassed area with overgrown garden bed around edge at the front
• Entrance to front door has another small messy garden bed
• Entrance also has broken concrete that needs either fixing, removing or tiling?
• Needs to be low maintenance and appealing
• There is the remainder of an old brick fence that needs to be replaced with a new fence of some kind and perhaps electric door
