Demolishing existing deck and shed and levelling yard. Construction of a covered deck as an 'outdoor room' for our primary entertaining space, preferably something that can be partially enclosed to shelter from bad weather, and with plumbing, lighting and heating. A basketball key on synthetic turf. A patch of real turf lawn. A tool shed. Exposed agg or concrete paths. Optionally, we'd like to include a small veggie garden (maybe 4m/sq), and/or fire pit area. We mainly want low maintenance planting, not too many large garden beds that would require maintenance.
