We need a total courtyard overhaul. Ideally blueboard fencing to cover boundary fence and then render or paint to a rendered finish, lighting and paving. Area is approximately 6 metres by 4 metres, but is not a rectangle - back boundary fence is on an angle. Large tree in corner that we're keeping. Easy access to drainage.
