Labour and materials required for:
Site level and clearance -
The soil around the house will need to be levelled so that it is even with some grade to allow rain/storm water to flow away from house, weed/grass/rubbish/rocks/excess soil removed from the site. We are likely going to require a basic retaining wall on 1 side (will take suggestions from you on this)
Weed mat -
Once the site is cleared and levelled apply weed mat and must be nailed down
Crushed granite (colour not yet decided) -
Once mat is fully laid crushed granite will be spread evenly around the site with some grade to allow rain/storm water to drain away from the house
Side gates -
I need side gates built and installed. One side is approx 1.5 on hinge and the other is approx under 1m. Fence mending and painting -
Fence that are falling apart will require mending/replacing and to be painted similar to existing fence (not sure what type of wood it is). If retaining wall is added and is wooden, it will need to be stained similar to new side gates
Unfortunately I dont have a tape to measure the site.
