  Proposal
• Fill in the existing concrete pond with a raised two tier garden crowned by a water feature.

Method
• Drain pond disconnect and remove low voltage underwater lights, sump pump and stainless steel sump plate
• Fill the sump with concrete
• Flood the pond with layer of concrete to alter the fall of the bottom so it falls to the outer edges rather than the center [retain the center electrics in the sump to service the new raised water feature]
• Cut down the high water overflow pipe converting it into the drain for garden seepage
• Water proof the entire pond and outer wall of inner most block square
• Using blocks and decorative bricks lay two inner squares in the pond
• 1. The inner most square is to be laid using blocks without seepage gaps. This smaller square will surround what was the pump sump, it becomes an empty void that supports the new self-contained water feature sitting on top of it while also housing the electrical wiring that connects to the water feature pump and spot lighting. 2. The outer most square is to be laid in a decorative brick with weep holes to drain the garden soil seepage
• Water proof the entire pond and outer wall of inner most block square prior to decorative brick work and gardens are installed
The Water Feature
• Is self-contained in its own water proof base which houses a 12volt pump reticulating water up and over the feature
• The water is only visible as to bubbles up and over the feature before reaching the base where it flows between pebbles back to the pump eliminating the need to clean the water of fallen leaves etcetera.

Pond Dimensions
• Currently 3860 x 3860 Square x 310mm deep
• Proposed inner most block wall to rise 1110mm with the outer most decorative brick wall at a height of 710mm. The base of water feature will sit at a height of 1110mm
