New house in housing estate. House has flooded twice. Backyard currently has trench dug out and damage from flood water. I need some of the back yard leveled with bobcat, and possible removal of excess soil. Insurance will not cover and builder is playing cat & mouse.
Depending on cost, will need aggie fixed in retaining wall and connection to stormwater fixed.
