I engaged Ben to perform landscaping of the entire yard of my unit. At first glance, it looked good. However upon further inspection, the fence painting was patchy I had redo parts myself; He used my own mulch that I had left in garage; He scraped and chipped my newly painted back door; Rubbish was not cleared. When I asked him to rectify these issues, he said it would cost $50.\n\nFinally he did not use weed mats or proper weed killer resulting in 25% of the yard covered by weeds after 3 weeks;
