decking -
measurement 6.5 x 4 m = 26 sqm.
Blackbutt timber will be supplied as decking timber.
decking requires decking screws, frames, stain and oil.
fence -
new fence behind the decking area for privacy.
lengths are 5m and 1.2m.
the 1.2m section needs a timber gate for rubbish bin access.
height is 1.8 m.
Blackbutt will be supplied for fence timber.

left front lawn is 5 x 10 m, right front lawn is 6 x 10 m. totalling 110 sqm.
paving repair -
measurement 3 x 1.3 m
no need to change paving stone, only need to adjust the slope.
Tree removal -
3 small stumps and 2 small shrubs (less than 2 meter height) to be removed.
1 stump will be hidden within the garden bed so it doesn't have to be removed completely.
Garden Bed -
there are 3 sections of the front wall of the house. 1 garden bed for 1 section.
measurements are 2.5x0.6x0.5m; 2.5x0.6x0.5m; 3x0.6x0.5m.
plant 3 simple 1-meter trees in each garden bed.
Mulch -
along the fence 10m + 12m + 10m
along the paving both sides 9m + 9m
filled with black mulch in garden edge with width of 0.4m.
plant a brown leaf plant every 1 meter apart.
along the left side of house, measurement 12 x 2m；behind decking measurement，1.2 x 2m, no plants required for these two sections.
Front fence modification -
total length 24m, remove the pickets,
cap it with fence capping,
posts height need to be reduced by 0.2m.
fence gate to be adjusted and repaired as it's not straight.
Paling fence -
total length 12m. replace existing wire metal fence with paling fence.
