  Hi

We are looking for a landscape gardener and handyman to help us with a few projects around our newly renovated home in Ascot Vale.

We suspect that it will be about 5 full days work, but are open to your guidance.

The projects that we are hoping that you might be able to help with are:

• Rehanging doors (front door and internal bifold door)

• Constructing a deck in the easement (apx 5 x 1m).

• Installing an additional fence post to stabilise fence in easement

• Framing the fence in easement and attaching Villaboard sheeting across it

• Fixing broken door handle and kitchen cupboard latch

• Installing a new external gate to the side of the house

• Various painting and other assorted projects

Please quote a daily rate for labour only. We will obviously pay for any materials that are required to complete the project (we will reimburse you for the materials each day and will pay 50% of the labour cost at the end of each day). We will retain the balance of the daily payment until the projects are completed. We will also offer a bonus for completion within the agreed time frame.

We are ready to start as soon as you are.

We require that you own or have access to all of the tools that you think are required to complete the projects. This is especially important for constructing the deck (eg nail gun, circular saw, drill etc).

If you require assistance with any of these projects (eg hanging doors etc), we can make ourselves available to assist on the weekends, but will need to know in advance.

If you are interested in helping us with these projects, please let us know:

• What your daily rate is and number of hours that you typically work in a day

• When you are able to complete the 5 days of work on these projects (we prefer those who will be able to work 5 consecutive days)

• Send through photos of some decks that you have built recently

We will assess applications this week, and make a decision this coming Friday (28 February) and will contact you then to arrange a start date.
