Landscaping front and rear yards & retaining wall for rear yard

A small excavator is required to do some minor excavation work (1.7 meter clearance)to my new home in mernda so that i can arrange installation of a retaining wall, there is also the possibility that i will have landscaping completed on the front and rear of the yard as well depending on cost. block is 500sqm, and there is approximately 16.5 meters x 4 meters to the front of the block (about half of this is driveway) and there is 16.5 x 6 meters at the rear. retaining wall would be on rear boundary and would only need to be knee height and the same distance from boundary all along the rear boundary. i am also looking to have a water tank installed.
