Address is located in Botanic Ridge. I need to get a quote on general landscaping and a few retaining walls in both the front and back yards. The land is completely un-landscaped as it is a newly built house. We are currently looking at a retaining wall in the front yard and mulch with small plants (most likely flax or similar). We definitely do not want any grass or turf in the front. We are required to have a tree in the first 2 metres of the yard and the nature strip will also need to be fixed up. Out the back we will most likely need another retaining wall as we were hoping to even out the sloping land. The back we are looking at basic grass with plants around the fence line to provide privacy. There is a 3 metre easement at the back fence line which we also need to plant a couple of trees in. The sides of the house will also need landscaping (and most likely a small retaining wall) with pavers on the gate side and concreting (or similar) on the garage side.
