A plan of the site can be emailed. Work includes raising the level of a planter box at the front to provide an edge for vehicles beside the drive and converting steps to planter boxes. Also at front repairing small area of bluestone wall on RHS of drive. On the downhill side of drive planting is required as shown on site plan.
At uphill side of house clearing and planting a number of plants. At rear of house, excavate area on the upside of the lawn and build concrete retaining wall. The soil from the 'dig' can be used to build up the downhill side of the lawn and a retaining wall will be needed there as well. A concrete path and steps about 1m wide to be removed and replaced with cement pavers and maybe wooden steps. Access for excavator may be impossible so that work would have to be manual. All soil is in poor condition and needs to be fed. This is a summary of the work only. We will be at the home over the easter weekend but not again for some 2 months.
