We are almost in the process of completing building our house though metricon (28sq Talbot i.e 262sqm) on 567sqm land. The house is being handed over in the next week or so and hence would like to now organise the landscaping. As this is an investment property, would like to keep it simple, that allows for the least amount of maintenance. Work will need to be done in the front yard, back yard and side yards.
