We are looking at putting a deck and flat roof pergola at the back of our house. area approx 6x4m.
We have considered doing part at a time so pergola then deck visa versa.
we do want fixed to the house with roof having few clear panels to allow light into back family room.
May possibly be able to get most materials ourselves if that option will work out cheaper. floor of deck we want to be same level as indoor floor as will be stepping out from main family room. Please advise what you would suggest our best option would be. 6m length being along back of house x 4m out from back of house approx as we have a 3m easement from back fence. currently have 4.4 x 3m concrete section at back sliding door which can be covered over by decking.
