New paving in backyard (approx. 27 m sq)

We require the very back section of our backyard to be paved.
The area we want paved will be a rectangle of approx. 600mm x 300mm, and then a square area of approx 300mm x 300mm.
In one section of the paved area, we would like the pavers to be spaced out, with approx. 30mm to 50mm in between, so that we can plant creeping thyme. The rest of the pavers would be laid tight, as we will be placing a shed, BBQ and outdoor setting on the this section.
We don't have the pavers as yet, but know what style we're after, so we would like anyone who quotes on this to be aware that we'd probably require you to purchase the pavers for us as well.
We have drawn up basic plans, and whoever would like to quote for the job will receive these plans to assist in your estimate.
