(1) Approx 40 metres squared of paving at the back of the house - preferred that these are laid on crushed rock, sand & mortar rather than a concrete slab. (2) Laying of front path (approx 10 metres squared). (3) Preparation/laying of driveway, side path and additional area out the back of the house - depending on cost this will either be loose stone, paving or exposed aggregate (approx 50 metre squared area). (4) Probably some preparation of edging in some garden beds
