We need our front court yard which currently has grass paved. The area is sort of small, only about 12 m2. Need to still keep a small square grassy area (around 1 m2) in the middle of it without any paving.
Also need to add some sort of drainage facility like a gutter to make the water flow thru without it geting into the house.
