Remove existing Pebble mix on front porch, approximate area 10 square meters (most flat/2 steps). Light grind to surface (concrete). Apply coat of epoxy primer. Resurface with new Pebble mix OR SIMILAR MATERIAL. Want a BLACK (possibly charcoal) finish. Have seen several alternatives, interested in recommendation.
