Paving to new townhouses - Mitcham VIC
Bradley requested 3 quotes from Landscapers in Mitcham
I am currently building 3 townhouses, and need to pave the outdoor areas of each.
The total area is approx 46.6m2 (Unit 1 = 18.3m2; U2 = 16.3m2; U3 = 12m2).
I would like a quote on supply & install of pavers. Type of pavers to be discussed in consultation with tenderers, but looking for larger pavers, min 600x600mm in size preferably. Advice welcomed.
I can forward working drawings from which you can take-off dimensions, for interested tenderers. The site is quite level. Building works are currently underway, but site access is available if you wish to attend site to assist in quoting.
The work will need to be undertaken in approx 4 weeks.
