Received a call 3 days after my job was posted from George who talked up his business big time and was very eager to come out to quote on doing the entire landscaping of my new home, and due to the Easter holidays we arranged to meet at 8am Saturday that suited the both of us. I then received a phone message from George at 7:17am saying he forget to tell me about his sisters pre-engagement party that was held on Good Friday night and that he didn’t get home until 4am the following morning (the day George had arranged to do my quote), the excuse from George was that he was too tired to come out and see me and wanted to reschedule this again for Easter Monday. This isn’t good enough and very unprofessional because he knew from Wednesday that we had a meeting Saturday. I would not recommend this builder to my friends unless they want to be disappointed &/or let down.

Anthony was punctual, friendly and fairly quiet. Didn’t really offer much input in terms of ideas (maybe because Anthony is fairly young, maybe?) and he didn’t really come too prepared because he said he’ll need to come back to measure the job up. I’m sure he’s a nice guy, but I just didn’t get a good feel/vibe compared to others.

Met Glenn today on the 6th April 2009 who was very prompted with my job post, Glenn was helpful and professional, attention to detail, suggested some really good ideas regarding the landscaping of my new home - good 1st impression and will recommend Glenn to family and friends. Meeting in person to go through quote together to make sure we're on the same page at the end of the week - Glenn comes across as a very thorough professional.
