The pergola at rear of our house needs to be rebuilt as the existing one rotted out and we had to remove it. A building permit is not required (I have checked this on the Moonee Valley City Council website). The dimensions are approx. 5m x 3m. We are ready to hire and want this done before Christmas. This is a small job and if you either do not do small jobs or cannot finish a job like this before Christmas, then please do not respond to this quote request.
