We have a house in Box Hill North, with most of the basic landscaping completed, but the final touch at the rear is required.
The main work we need done is levelling of our backyard (approximately 15m x 7m), creating a slope away from the house, remove the top layer of builder's rubble/weeds, bringing in good soil of sufficient depth for laying lawn, laying instant turf, and garden edging. There is also a little bit of aggregate that we want placed adjacent to the house.
Approximately 70sqm of lawn/turf for rear of house (surrounded by a narrow garden bed on 3 sides and aggregate on the side closest to the house), and the nature strip needs redoing too, a few sqm. The backyard is south facing, need a suitable lawn recommended. We want a hardy lawn, weed resistant, shade tolerant, suitable for laying at this time of the year. We are also open to suggestions and quotations on planting out the garden beds with suitable plants/trees.
There is easy access for a bobcat, as we have a double garage with a single roller door at rear approx 2m x 2m. We have a brief backyard design created which can be emailed to you.
