We have a long courtyard which runs down the side of our ground floor apartment. we also have a wraparound balcony which runs around the side of the dinning room, at present there is not access from the balcony to the courtyard and we would like to have a few stairs added down to a raised deck which we could then use as an extra out door eating area. we are trying to get a few quotes as to the cost of doing this as we would love to have it done before summer comes around again.
