1. Dig holes for 2 Sails & put Sails up in back yard
- 2. Get rid of grass, plants (& concrete TBC) in back & front yard, & pave (front yard with bluestone crazy pave) (backyard with sandstone). In backyard the 2 cars will be parked ontop of paving, so paving will need to be stable.
- 3. 25cm on either side will need to be free to put pebbles as a boarder.
