Job consists of removal of an existing retaining wall (approx 600 mm at one end to approx 1000 mm at the other end of a 6 metre span) and garden bed behind the wall (Approx 1 metre wide), and building a new retaining wall (wall type and material negotiable)
In essence, the job requires the removal of the garden bed to widen the existing driveway by the metre or so and then building a new retaining wall. There will also be some concreting required where the driveway is widened. Also worth noting is that the water meter will need to move over, and that a plastic roof run-off pipe that currently runs somewhere through the garden bed will need to be replaced.
