1) I have 7 conifers that are dead, the plants at 4ft tall only, they need to be reomoved and palms need to be planted in its place.
2) An area 10m x 4m needs graa resowed, I have killed the existing grass. This needs to be turned over before I cansoil and reseed.
An area approc 40x 4m needs bark to be topped up. I have a lot of shrubs in this area which will reduce the actual area to be covered by half
