Repave an existing terrace, add a gutter, and pave a dirt path

the current terrace is 8m * 3m and turns into a puddle in heavy rain. i want a gutter added, and then the terrace repaved (with the existing pavers) so that it drains into the gutter.
the terrace is reached by a 10m * 1m dirt path and i want that paved (with new pavers) and guttered too.
this isn't urgent, so it doesn't need to be done straight away, but it would be good if it could be done before we get too close to the winter rains.
