Our existing retaining walls (up to 1.5m in height and approximately 5m and 13m in length) are currently leaning (due to poor drainage and construction) and one has partially fallen down. We require engineering design drawings for council approvals (including drainage designs), removal of the existing retaining wall and construction of a 2 retaining walls and 1 wooden (or other material) fence on top the new 13m retaining wall.
