Add new stairs adjacent to shared property boundary
Install galvanised retaining wall uprights and H4 treated pine sleepers, including a 45 deg section
Section 2 is along the shared property boundary
Approx. 8m long, sloping, 0.8-1.0m high visible upon completion, soil on both sides
Remove and dispose of sleeper retaining wall and steel/ sleeper uprights
Install galvanised retaining wall uprights and H4 treated pine sleepers
Continue with uprights and sleepers to act as 6ft high fence or top with 6ft high timber paling fence
Job is to be quoted on in these two parts.
There’s more to be done at my place and the neighbour’s but we first want to get comfortable with a contractor and costs.
