I live in a block of six units. several years ago a section of the garden was ripped out and nothing was done to replace it causing significant environmental hassles (eg. soil etc blowing onto driveways; frequent digging up by animals etc) as it's on an exposed corner on a hill. having the area replanted with low maintenance (hopefully non-shedding) and drought tolerant flora would be a huge improvement. a 20+ year old (broken) drip feed watering system also needs removal. i'm unable to approve work myself - am compelled to submit quote to body corp managers by 31 august. i'm an early riser so if it's easier for someone to visit early in the day when perhaps en route to another job this would be a big help as it may mean i wouldn't have to take a whole day off from work. thank you.
