There is currently a brick retaining wall that needs to be removed and a sleeper retaining wall to be in its place. It is approx. 26m long and 800mm high. I then need to have a paling fence replaced, approx 1.6m high, alongside the retaining wall. Both structures are on the side boundary between my property and the neighbour.
