I require construction of 2 retaining walls with appropriate drainage. One is under my house where the existing timber has rotted out due to a plumbing and termite problem and the other is around the carport. I want to use concrete sleepers (the colored ones with the timber look) for the carport with the steel H post uprights. Under the house just basic cheap cement/concrete sleepers (not timber!).
