We need to backfill a sand/lilydale topping path and garden bed after the recent installation of a new fence. it is on sloping land so retaining the soil next to the fence is an issue as is drainage from the neighbour's property onto our land where the backfill needs to be done. therefore we need someone who knows something about drainage but can also finish off the garden beds and sand/lilydale topping path look good.
