Section of existing timber retaining wall (sleeper) needs replacing as has given way/split in a couple of places . Wall is 1m high on boundary. Neighbour has own retaining wall (also 1 m) offset approx 0.75m to 1m from boundary so access is a little difficult for machinery. Existing wall constructed of 50mm sleepers with 75mm posts at 2.4m centres. Replacement wall will need min. of 1.2m preferably 1m centres. Open to option of replacement with concrete pending costs and agreement with neighbour. Prior to commencing work property owner would remove existing colourbound fence located on top of wall.
