Shocking job!!! Paid top dollar for something I could have done myself.Paid $11,000 to have retaining wall down the side of my house and a retaining wall along the back and side fence.The finished product is disgraceful. One retaining wall is crooked. His excuse was that the ground was too hard to dig. And that was after I had to pay an extra $1200 to get his mate in to dig 4 of the so called problem ares. As for the the other wall. There are sections that have not been secured to upright posts, all uneven, and offcuts used to secure the wall. And his way of getting the wall level was to use off cuts of timber and the occasional rock. The drainage that he put in is a joke. He left a section of about 3 metres sitting above ground and leading into a pit. When questioned about it he said he would dig a trench when he returned. On his return all he did was cover it with soil. We also should have had a set of stairs put in to gain access to the top of the part of the garden. Took him all of an hour to construct an it looked shocking. I took them apart and built them myself. Would never recommend this business to anyone unless you have money to throw away
