Hello,
here are the details provided on my survey plan:
retaining wall
- approx 600 high@ highest point
- approx 1600 from inside face of wall to brickwork
- approx 600 from inside face of wall to boundary
length of boundary is 32.75 however i am unsure what depth the wall starts.
there is a retaining wall already established on the right side of the block of land and i would like the same material used (timber sleepers i believe) and a timber fence. builder has advised the retaining wall will need to be installed once the land is cleared etc therefore a time period is approx 4 weeks depending on council.
