Supply and install new concrete block retaining wall to match existing
height and design of previous existing wall including 40mm cappers to top of
wall approx 23 meters long ,filled with concrete and steel reinforcing
demolish remaining section of damaged retaining wall and timber fence
,remove and dispose of all debris from site remove large palm tree against
existing retaining wall ,cut back shrubbery where required to provide clear
access to re-construction new retaining wall and fence ,excavate ground on
neighbouring property to allow new wall to erect on boundary.
supply and install approx 23m of 2m high timber paling fence with 50mm x
50mm posts concreted into retaining wall.
back fill new wall with clean gravel from neighbouring side clean up and
make good ground on both sides of boundary
note,an inspection of existing footings will need to be undertaken after
demolition of existing wall to determine if there is any damage to the wall
and the footings is adequate for the new wall,
remove and dispose of all building debris from site on completion of works
prepare and paint both sides of new wall to match existing wall
