Wooden Retaining Wall Requires Replacement - Old wall already removed

Retaining wall (6 years old) was on a lean when installed.
Details are wooden retaining wall. 3 sleepers in length, 4 sleepers high with two uprights requiring replacement. I have dismantled the wall and pulled the posts out and the concrete.
I have the new materials here. 14 sleepers and about 20 bags of concrete.
Basically I need someone that knows what they are doing and I can be here to help too.
