House locks being changed to single key access

I currently have all Lockwood locks in the home - some dead locks, and other old school locks (sorry for poor description). Currently take 3 keys to access the house - wanting everything to be on one key.
Also looking for dead locks to be self locking immediately - no key required. They are both fixed to grid gates, where you can feed your hands through the bars and access the back of the lock, so I need them to be dead locked at all times, or on a trigger system for added security.
